Helen Green Obituary

GREEN, HELEN L. (DeQUATTRO) 88, of Providence, died Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at the Woodpecker Hill Nursing Home. She was the wife of Luke Green. Born in Providence, she was the daughter ofthe late Pasquale and Maria (Conti) DeQuattro. Helen was the secretary for the Tax Administrator of theState of RI for 35 years before retiring. Her family was very important to her. She loved to travel. Besides her husband she leaves a daughter, Cathy Capalbo andher husband Joseph of Ashaway, a son, Kenneth Green and his wife Maria of Plymouth, MA, a granddaughter, Elizabeth Capalbo and a great grandson. She was the sister of the late Peter DeQuattro. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM on Friday, November 20, 2015 in St. Pius Church, 55 Elmhurst Ave, Providence. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Home and Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904.
