Jean Alldredge Obituary
80, of Warwick died peacefully on Saturday, July 21, 2018, surrounded by her loving children at Kent Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Morris J. Alldredge, Sr.
Born in Providence she was a daughter of the late Henry and Florence (Gomersall) Plante.
Jean and her late husband Morris were the owners of United Sheet Metal of Warwick for over thirty years. She was also a licensed Day Care Worker for the State of Rhode Island and a Certified Nursing Assistant at Brentwood Nursing Home for 16 years. Jean was a communicant of the former St. William Church in Warwick.
Her family was her life. Jean cherished time spent with her children and grandchildren.
Jean is survived by her beloved children: Morris J. "Jay" Alldredge, Jr. of Cranston, Allen D. Alldredge of FL, Linda Jean "Lindsay" Alldredge of Woonsocket and James O. Alldredge of West Warwick; a sister: Elizabeth "Betty" Larsson of East Providence; five grandchildren: Katelyn, Allen II, Adriane, Alyssa and Kalum; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was the sister of the late Owen Gomersall.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 10 AM in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Ave., Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 from 4 PM – 7 PM. Burial will take place in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery. www.murphyfuneralhomes.org.

There are not words to describe Jean, she was and amazing person she loved her family,patients, and friends so much:I worked with her for so many years and I have so many beautiful memories of her,now her daughter Lindsay and I work together; we have a wonderful friendship that started with her mom, my heart aches so much,sending hugs and prayers to Lindsay and her family in this difficult time
