To the Mignano Family, I just learned of Joe's passing today. I was deeply saddened to hear this. I went on the Cranston Police Department in 1986. Joe was a veteran officer who was always helpful to the younger guys and was always friendly and good for a laugh. Working with him over the years was a pleasure. He was one of those few people in life that when his name was mentioned, even after he retired, there was always a compliment attached to his name. He will be missed and remembered by many.

I offer my condolensces to the Mignano family. Joe was a great family man, who loved spending time with his loved ones. I can just see him enjoying pasta night at the beach club, giving his grandkids dollar after dollar so they could win a stuffed animal in the game room. His devotion and dedication to not only his family but also the beach club, will be forever remembered and honored. The summers to come I know will just not be the same....I sure know no one will be able to replicate the fun and informative annoucements he made on the intercom at the club on sunny Saturdays. At this time of sorrow,
may these truths sustain you...
Your loved one will always
be as close as a memory.
With sympathy.
