Joshua Dana Obituary
on March 21, 2018, age 27, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. Josh was the son of Mark Dana and Dyana Koelsch of Barrington. Josh was a graduate of Meeting Street School. He loved his horseback riding, as well as swimming and bowling. Mostly Josh loved being with his family.
He touched the hearts of everyone that knew him. He truly loved life and taught us all that each day should never be taken for granted.
Josh is also survived by his siblings, Austin Leigh Dana (Erin); Nathaniel Dana (Casey) and Cassie Dana (Joan). He was the uncle of Harper Dana and grandson of Roland Dana and the late Marjorie Dana and Josephine Koelsch and the late Donald Koelsch. He leaves behind his dear friend and caregiver of 15 years Susan Spencer. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service for Josh will take place Wednesday, March 28, at 11am in the Barrington Congregational Church, 461 County Road, Barrington. Calling hours will be Tuesday, March 27, from 5pm until 8pm, in the Rebello Funeral Home and Crematory, 901 Broadway, East Providence. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are greatly appreciated to the Meeting Street School, 1000 Eddy St., Providence, RI 02905.
