Dear Ann & Family-Larry was my accountant for 19 years. He took me on 19 years ago when I was a divorcing 30 year old single mom in a heap of trouble with the IRS. He saw me through that audit and was a trusted friend and advisor ever since. He earned my loyalty then and he will be missed. Dawn M. Richardson MD

Erica and Family,

March 5, 2011

Dear Ann and Family,
Our deepest sympathy for Larry's untimely passing. In the 40 years we've been friends we never had a cross word or argument because we were either pulling a practical joke or just enveloped in listening to some awesome tunes. That freshman year in 1971 at URI when we first met I knew he was one of the great ones, especially when he lit my dorm room door on fire. Then the "big time wrestling" sessions in the URI pub which resulted in improving Larry's good looks as he went to the ER for a broken nose. Then there were the pool hustling days which led him to the 8-ball tournaments at the Riveria in Las Vegas and topping off the night with Chinese food, fond memories. I've never met another man like him and I was privileged to call him my friend. Larry will be long remembered as a caring father and husband, passionate, fun loving man who lived his dream, the Hi Hat. All our love and prayers are with you.

Sending my prayers and thoughts to the Friendlander Family during this very difficult time.

I worked with Larry many years ago at Mutual Benefit. In my opinion, he was the friendliest representative on the sales force. In the recent years I was reacquainted with Larry at La Moia as well as Hi Hat in addition to just running into him at the bank. Regardless of the place/time/etc. One thing remained constant and that was the warm friendliness that Larry exuded. Larry was a wonderful man!

God Bless You
