MARIA CECCHINI

CECCHINI, MARIA, 88, of Windmill St, Pawtucket died Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at home. She was the wife of the late Guiseppe Cecchini.

Mrs. Cecchini was born in Deshler, Ohio, the daughter of the late Adelmo and Palmira (Lucchini) Lenzi. She worked at the former School House Candy Company for many years.

Mrs. Cecchini's family would like to thank the wonderful staff at the VNA Care of New England, particulary Chris Kelly for her kindness and compassion. They would also like to thank Dr. David Yoburn and his staff for their gentle nature and true professionalism during his years as Mrs. Cecchini's primary physician.

Mrs. Cecchini is survived by her daughter Adriana M. Bator and her husband Walter of Pawtucket, her grandchildren, MaryAnn Beene of Dallas Texas and Guy Bator of Garland Texas, and her great grandson, Remington Bator of Garland Texas.

The funeral for Mrs. Cecchini will be Saturday morning at 9:00am from the MANNING-HEFFERN FUNERAL HOME, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Teresa's Church, 358 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket at 10:00am. Her burial will be in Mt. St. Mary's Cemetery. Calling hours will be Saturday morning from 8:30am at the funeral home. www.manninghef fern.com.
