To all the wonderful friends and family that comforted us with your cards, calls and warmest wishes...Thank you deeply.
When I think of all the times she loved to surprise people with her words to make them laugh, I know that's what she was trying to do that Monday in the ICU. Her last words, as she got up to move to another room, were "Vinny, I feel like running right out of here!". Then she 'sprinted' through the door.

Dear mom, if you could hear me now I know you finally understand what I meant when I would say, "be careful what you wish for". I also know that you would be laughing...loudest!

To the friends who also made Marion laugh, she would want you to think of her and laugh from time to time. If we think of her as Not GONE...just gone on ahead, we can laugh too.

As she would probably say now..."God's retirement plan is out of this world"!!
