Like everyone, I am shocked and deeply saddened at hearing the news of Mark's passing. I think most fondly on our time spent together and one Thanksgiving with you all, to which he invited me. He was exceptionally gentle and kind in humor, spirit, and soul. My thoughts are with you all at this difficult time, and I trust you know that he is in the loving embrace now of all that is Good.

I met Mark about six years ago in Provincetown, MA. He was staying in the same B&B as me and a friend. For the next five or six years we would see Mark on that same weekend, in that same B&B. We shared cereal, hard-boiled eggs and coffee on those mornings. And we talked a lot. And since we both played rugby the conversation in the morning room often was about Mark and I talking about our teams, our matches and how much fun it was. He was a good man. And from our conversations I knew he was a good son, brother and uncle. He will be missed.

Mark was such an incredible young man. My partner and I are in shock, having just found out about his passing. Mark's gentle soul radiated from his great smile, and flowed through the kind words he always had for every person he met. His wit and charm were legendary! When Mark and my partner started talking rugby, and they ALWAYS talked rugby, I knew I had 2-3 hours of free time! Mark had that special gift to make each person he talked to feel like they were the most important person in the world. Mark will live on in the hearts and stories of the many people lucky enough to call Mark a friend. We will try to fill the hole left by Mark's passing with stories not yet shared, and with tears shed over the light burning bright, but prematurely dimmed. We love you Mark.

I just learned today that Mark died. I'm in completed shock. I knew him from riding the Commuter Train in the morning. He was always the first ready to run up the stairs. I'm really sorry for your lost.

Dear Badway family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Mark was a train friend of mine and I just wanted to share with you what a wonderful man he was to know. We would discuss our love of cooking Armenian foods and our likes and dislikes of music on our ride to Boston each morning. Mark was a kind and gentle man who will be missed by so many of us on the early train ride. May God bless and keep you all in the palm of His hand through this most difficult time.

I am a commuter on the MBTA train to and from Boston each day, and have had many conversations with Mark over the years. I am quite saddened by this awful news. I pray for healing and closure for the family. May God bless and provide for you all.

Although I did not know Mark well, we met on the commuter rail. He was a regular commuter friend who made my evening commute quite joyful. I am very saddened by his loss, and my prayers and thoughts go out to his family. You will be greatly missed Mark, and may the arms of the Lord comfort you, and your family.

This was quite a shock since I saw him on Monday helping students in the Advanced Laboratory Course at Boston University. As lively and helpful as ever.
