Michael Duguay Obituary
62, of Johnston, passed away Saturday, June 17, 2017 at home. He was the beloved husband of Maryann (Anderson) Duguay for 30 years. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Emile and Bernadette (Poirier) Duguay.
Mr. Duguay worked for Cintas and had previously worked for A.T. Cross.
Besides his wife he is survived by three sons, Shawn Duguay and his wife Amanda, Jared Duguay and William Moran and his wife Heather; a daugher, Kimberly Moran; two brothers, Russell Duguay and Dennis "Ditty" Duguay; and five grandchildren, Jayden, Connor, Kendall, Noel and Madison. He was the brother of the late Ronald Duguay.
A Prayer Service will be held on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. in the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence. Interment with Military Honors will be in Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visitation Thursday 4 - 7 p.m. maceroni.com

Maryanne, I understand how much you miss Mike. The entire Super Bowl all I could think of is how much I wish my Mike was watching it too. Same with the World Series. I haven't had a goodnight sleep since he passed almost 14 years ago. We were suppose to grow old together. You will be with Mike again someday. I sympathize, my friend.

Oh mike its coming up to a year since you were taken from us. Who would of known, it hasnt been easy i think of you everyday i also hear you walk in our kitchen. I love and miss you and always will i do not think i will ever forget the day you left me it was the worse day of my life.Well i will be back to talk to you. I love you.

My most sincere condolences to both of you on the passing of your brother Michael. I will always cherish the times we all spent playing parchisi and Pitch at the Choinniere's home. Life is fleeting and before we know it, it's gone. Make everyday count as I'm sure Michael did.

To my dad who was everything I hope to be, I'm gonna miss him more than I can explain, he truly was a great man, he worked hard and never complained, he was always there to help us out. I can honestly say he is my hero, and I hope to be everything he was.

Having lived next to Mike and watched his children grow up I discovered Mike had quite the dry sense of humor, laughing with him often. He was a devoted and loving grandfather who adored him.
