Steve, June and entire family:

I'm so sorry for your loss. I know Norma was a very important part in everyone's life. Everyone who knew Norma or "ma" as we all called her at the hospital always loved her. She was the kindest and most caring person I've ever known. Please know that my thoughts are with all of you at this sad time.
