Peter Faerber Obituary

FAERBER, PETER J. 58, of 31 Beachview Terrace, Middletown, died Monday, January 10, 2005 at the Newport Hospital after being stricken at work at the James L. Maher Center in Newport. He was the husband of Mary P. (Grady) Faerber. Born in Fall River, MA November 3, 1946 he was a son of Georgianna (Dawley) Faerber of Newport and the late Eugene P. Faerber. Mr. Faerber was the Assistant Finance Director of the James L. Maher Center in Newport. He was a graduate of Providence College class of 1973. Besides his wife of 33 years, and his mother, he leaves a daughter Jennifer M. Faerber and a son Peter J. Faerber Jr. both of Middletown. Two brothers Andrew J. Faerber and Paul J. Faerber both of Newport, a sister Susan J. Faerber Kelchner of Portsmouth. The Funeral will take place Sat., Jan. 15, 2005 at 9AM from the O'Neill-Hayes Funeral Home, 465 Spring St. Newport, RI with A Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM in St. Mary's Church, Spring St., Newport. Donations may be made in his memory to the St. Mary's Church Building Fund, 12 Williams St. Newport RI 02840 or the Middletown Rescue Wagon Association, 239 Wyatt Rd., Middletown, RI 02842.
