Richard Pigeon Obituary
Born in Cranston, a son of Walter R. Pigeon of Avon Park, FL, and the late June L. (Angell)
Pigeon, he was a life-long Warwick resident.
Mr. Pigeon was employed as a warehouse manager for Mike's Carpet Design Studio in Pawtucket for the last 5 years.
Besides his father, he is survived by two brothers, Ronald W. Pigeon and Robert W. Pigeon, and a sister, Kerri L. Pigeon, all of Warwick; an uncle, James L. Angell of Cranston; and six nieces. He will be sadly missed by his many good friends.
His funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 24, at 10 a.m. in the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick. Visiting hours are Friday 5-8 p.m. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.

I worked with Rich in the warehouse at Mikes Carpet. He was a wonderful friend, and co-worker, we will truly miss him. He was the backbone of our company. I hope I can do half the job he did, it's going to be tough to fill his shoes. We are so sorry for your lose. My condolences to your family.

i grew up with richie. rich was a very good hearted guy and did what made him feel comfortable. i was shocked and deeply hurt to hear of his passing.there will be times when we all think of you and miss you.but you are with god now ,.in his kingdom of heaven so rest in peace my freind i will miss you very much as we all will.

Kerri and family, I will remember Richie for who he was. A loyal and trusted friend. A friend who was there to help others at a moments notice. Richie had something that is much more valuable than material wealth, integrity. I am blessed to have had Richie as a friend. I will always remember with a smile all the good times we shared with all our friends. Fondly remembered and sadly missed.
