Robert Panarelli Obituary

PANARELLI, ROBERT W., 63, of Branch Avenue, Providence, died Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. Born in Providence, a son of the late Carmino 'Sharkey' and Emma (DiPaolo) Panarelli, he had been a life-long resident of the city.

Mr. Panarelli was a machinist at Texas Instruments in Attleboro, Massachusetts for 11 years before retiring.

He is survived by one brother, Nicholas Panarelli, and his wife, Rita, of Warwick; a sister-in-law, Madeline Panarelli, a niece, Elizabeth, and a nephew, Steven, all of Lincoln, Nebraska. He was the nephew of Mary Integlia of Warwick, and the brother of the late Professor Joseph E. Panarelli.

Visiting hours will be Sunday 3-5 pm in the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Providence Animal Rescue League, 34 Elbow Street, Providence, RI
