Dear Gloria and family....just a note of sympathy in the loss of "Big Bob." When Bob first arrived at Hopkins Manor, I was expecting to meet an understandably angry and demanding man struck down by anyone's worst nightmare, ALS. What I found was a big teddybear who was simply scared and not ready to leave this world. Even as his illness progressed, he always had a joke and a smile for us. Though he had his difficult moments with you, it was clear he loved you all very much. He will always be remembered by us here at Hopkins Manor. Take Care and God Bless.

Dear Gloria & Roberts children,
I had the pleasure of meeting Robert when he was admitted to Hopkins Manor, I am the diet tech here, I am deeply saddened that I will not be seeing Robert anymore but i do have much comfort in knowing that he is in a better place now watching over all of you.I feel that i know all of you through him. He talked about all of you everyday and I enjoyed listening,I learned alot from your husband & father in such a short time I felt like I had known him all my life.May he know rest in peace.
