Samuel Hindle Obituary
Born in Central Falls, a son of the late Samuel and Eliza (Wilson) Hindle. He lived in Lincoln for the past five years and prior to that he lived in Cumberland.
Mr. Hindle was a lithographer for Paramount Greeting Cards and also worked for Color Craft a Division of Paramount for over forty years retiring in 1986. After his retirement he worked for Viti Brothers. He was a Navy veteran during WWII. Mr. Hindle was a Mason and an avid golfer. He was a member of Chemawa Golf Club.
He leaves three daughters, Joyce Hindle Koutsogiane Ed.D of Cumberland, Cheryl Pimental of Taunton, Ma. and Lisa Deppe DVM of Ellsworth, Iowa, one sister, Ida Morris of Pawtucket and three grandchildren Cara Pimental, Miranda and Connor Deppe.
His funeral will be held on Monday at 9 a.m. from Bellows-Falso Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln, with a Requiem Eucharist in Christ Church, Lonsdale Ave., Lincoln at 10 a.m. Burial with military honors will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. My deepest sympathies to you. I remember your dad popping into the store once in a while when we worked together. Hard to believe that was 20 years ago. I hope he had an opportunity to meet his grandchildren and I hope you had some time with him when you visited this summer.
