Sandra Belgarde Obituary
On January 14, 2020, Sandra A. (Oliver) Belgarde, 76, of Venice, Florida and formerly of Chepachet and Warren, RI went home to be with our Lord. She was the wife of Norman Belgarde, her husband of 43 years. Sandy was the daughter of Joseph and Dora (Mello) Oliver of Warren, RI. Sandy was preceded in death by her brothers George and Leonard Oliver and her sister Irene (Oliver) Gomes. Sandy was an underwriter/analyst for FM Global (formerly Allendale Insurance) for many years before retiring. She was a professional singer from the age of 7, performing on stage and radio in RI, MA, and NY. Sandy was also a former Miss Warren in 1962. Norm, I am so sorry to hear of Sandy's passing. I I know she was ill for a long time and you were there for her. I remember Sandy having a wonderful spirit and always smiling. Norman, I send my deepest sympathy to you. I had worked at Allendale and became a friend of Sandys back in the 70s. Also at that time found out that her mom and my Grandmother were close friends in Warren. I reconnected with her on Facebook and had been trying to meet up with her here in Florida but unfortunately that never happened. I'm sorry for your loss. RIP Sandy

Sandy Grew up in the same area as I she on Paquin I on Franklin. At the age of 11 or 12 she was My girlfriend for about 2 weeks. Back in the fifties that was duration of most . Sandy was kind and beautiful person My Wife SANDI met here at Marie Lapanes wedding shower remarked to me want a nice girl. To her family We extend our wishes for peace and comfort at this sad time.
