Shirley Blodgett Obituary

BLODGETT, SHIRLEY (ROSSI), 75, of Providence, passed away peacefully on Tuesday May 3, 2011. Born in Providence on March 21, 1936, Shirley was the daughter of the late Angelo Rossi and Anna (Campanelli). She was the loving mother of Pamela Falcone of Lincoln and Kimberly Blodgett of West Warwick. She also leaves four granddaughters, Ariana and Bianca Falcone, Tiara Blodgett and Mia Cimaglia; her brother, artist Robert Rossi of Seekonk, MA and her loving son-in-law, Ronald Falcone. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for her on Friday, May 6, 2011 at 11 a.m. in St. Mary Church, Cranston St., Cranston. Visiting hours respectfully omitted. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Alzheimer's Association, of RI, 245 Waterman St., Ste. 306, Providence, RI 02906.
