Thomas Castrignano Obituary
Born in Providence, RI on May 16, 1931, he was a son of the late Angelo and Emma (Manzo) Castrignano. He had lived in Providence before moving to North Providence in 1963.
Mr. Castrignano was a union plasterer for many years before retiring.
Besides his beloved wife, he leaves one daughter Jenny Tufano of North Providence, three sisters, Grace Morelli of Cranston, Anna McGrath of Johnston and Martha Fortune of Johnston, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Ida Silva, Michael Castrignano and Ralph Castrignano.
His funeral will be held Saturday at 9 a.m. at A.A. Mariani & Son Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St., Providence followed by a service at 10 a.m. in Assembly of God Church, 244 Lexington Ave., North Providence. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Visitation Friday 5-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to American Red Cross, 105 Gano St., Providence, RI 02906 in his memory would be appreciated.
