Vincent DiMartino

DiMARTINO, VINCENT 83, of North Kingstown died Friday, July 3, 2015 at South County Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Dorothy M. (Carlow) DiMartino. Born in Philadelphia, Vincent was a son of the late Vincenzo and Rose (Garriephy) DiMartino. He was employed as a self-employed commercial fisherman, retiring in 1993. Vincent honorably served in the US Army during the Korean War. Vincent is also survived by a daughter: Gail R. Crouch (John) of No. Kingstown; a brother: John DiMartino (Judith) of Warwick; two grandchildren: Vincent A. Crouch (Danielle) and Kayla J. Breese (Matthew) and three great-grandchildren: Matthew, Olivia and Isabella. He was predeceased by a son: David J. DiMartino and his sisters: Marion Covey, Rita Judd and Jeanette DeCeasare. His funeral will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 10 AM in THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Ave., (Exit 12-A off I-95). Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Monday, July 6, 2015 from 6 PM-8 PM. Burial with military honors will take place in RI Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
