William Colvin Obituary

Colvin, William C. "Bill"
60, of Rumford passed away on Monday, October 1,2018 at Miriam Hospital. He was the loving companion of Susan J. Bashall. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Edward J. and Jeannie C. (Mackenzie) Colvin.
Bill was a Surveyor for Canavan & Associates and was a 1976 graduate of LaSalle Academy. He was an avid music lover and enjoyed playing the guitar and loved anything to do with the outdoors.
Besides Susan he leaves seven brothers and sisters, Robert W. Colvin and his wife Joann of Ohio, Patricia A. Marcoullier and her husband James of South Carolina, Paul J. Colvin and his wife Paula of Ma., Kathleen M. Barboza and her husband Arthur of RI., Judith L. Dunn and her husband Larry of CT., Jennifer L. Colvin and her wife Jenn of Geoirgia and James M. Colvin of Michigan, many nieces and nephews and his beloved dog Maggie. He was the brother of the late Edward M. Colvin.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2018 from 4-7 PM in the PERRY-McSTAY FUNERAL HOME, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence. Funeral services will be private. Contributions in his memory to the RISPCA, 186 Amaral Street, Riverside, RI 02915 would be appreciated.
