I REMEMBER JERRY FROM LIVING IN CHAMBERSBURG, PA. I SAW HIM OFF TO WAR AND WELCOMED HIS RETURN. I SANG WITH HIM SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND KNEW HE WAS SPECIAL TO ME AND TO GOD. I PRAY FOR PEACE OVER HIS FAMILY THAT YOU MAY BE COMFORTED WITH GOD'S SPIRIT .

Jerry was an instant friend & brother in Christ. We asked him to minister in our home church here in Stockton, Mo, a couple years ago. It was a great time in music for Christ. We also knew him in So TX where we winter. He sang every year at the Rockport Gospel Festival, which has become a great event. Jerry was a great part of that festival. On another occasion we asked him sing at our Missouri/Kansas Day dinner held in Rockport. We will miss him greatly.

I know your heart is breaking over the loss of your dear son and brother. He was loved by so many people and was Always a great inspiration to me. I rejoice with him that he is in the Heavenly Home that he was looking forward to going some day. His ministries in word & song will live with me always. He was such a dear friend over the past seven years. In the last few years, he would send his new songs through the internet before his cd was ready to be released and ask, 'which ones do you like the best'. All I could say was 'Jerry, if you sing it, I will love it'. I will miss our phone calls, emails, & the times that we shared together in churches in eastern NC and my heart hurts that I will never see him again or to tell him, 'Stay safe in your travels','Love & Prayers', and 'I Love you Brother'. I know that he is happy where he is and I look forward to seeing him there when it comes my time for 'Getting Ready to Leave.'I pray for God's healing hand to help all of you to deal with the loss of such a precious man of God. The song, 'The Cost of the Call', reminds me of Jerry's life and his dedication. Much love to all of his family.

Dear Beverly and Family...
I am so saddened by the news of Jerry's passing. I know that his gospel music ministry was such an inspiration to so many people and will be greatly missed.
You are blessed to know that he was a child of God who acknowledged His Son Jesus, and that his music is so meaningful to so many, and will continue to be.
May you be comforted by Jesus Himself in the coming days, Bev. (and family)

Jerry was a very dear friend and co-worker and I am going to miss him very much. The only bright spot is knowing he is with the Lord. I am sure he will liven up heaven with his humor. It is our loss, but heaven's gain. I will always remember the fun we had working and singing together at LEAD. He had such a gift of making people laugh and feel the love of the lord through him. I will forever be grafeful for him coming into my life and ministering to me when I needed it the most. He was truly a good friend whom I loved very much. So Long, Farewell, Good Bye buddy. I will see you again.

My sincerest condolences to Jerry's family and friends; I had the privilege to work with Jerry at Letterkenny Army Depot back in the 80's; he was always such a nice, respectful young man to everyone he came into contact with. God Bless!!
