Donna Reeger Obituary
She was born on Sept. 17, 1947, to Austin and Della (Mogle) McDonald in Timblin. She loved spending time with her family, doing puzzles and cooking.
Donna is survived by her two daughters, Darlene (companion Sam Nicola) Gould of Dayton and Barbara (Matthew) Reesman of Dayton; brother Sam (Gay) McDonald of Home; two sisters-in-law, Sue McDonald of Michigan and Daisy McDonald of Tidioute; three granddaughters, Jennifer (Kelly) Lockhart of Kittanning, Kayla (Lloyd) Overly of Dayton, and Carrie (companion Brian Everett) Reesman of York; grandson Brandan Reesman of Creekside; and three great-grandchildren, Joseph Toy, Taylor Toy and Aleaseya Lockhart.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Gervis Kenneth Reeger, who passed away Oct. 21, 1991; two brothers, William and James McDonald; four sisters, Ruth Gamble, Eileen "Alma" Bush, Ella Mae Waltz and Sarah Blystone; and her son-in-law, Joseph Gould.
Visitation will be held Friday, May 10, 2024, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc., 724 W. Main St., Rural Valley.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024, 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with Rev. Michelle Worzbyt and Pastor Ken Branan officiating. Burial will take place in the Coral Lutheran Cemetery.
