John was indeed one who new His Lord and loved people. I have missed being close to him and his companionship since moving away from Punxsy. One day again, I think we will play 9 holes together in a nicer place.

My condolences to the entire Meehan family, and especially to Nancy and the girls, in this time of sorrow. I worked with John while employed with the Ambulance Service and he was always a pleasure to be around. In later years, I'd always enjoy engaging him in conversation should we cross paths at a local watering hole. Always a good man, he will be missed.
