I still can't believe God took him so soon. I miss Matty so much! I still remember our rides on the POS mobile that he made that we would ride down the hill. He was fearless and so enthusiastic. We shared so many wonderful memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life. He used to push me out of my comfort zone and get me to do all of these exciting things that I'm glad I accomplished with him. I wouldn't have met as many friends without him either, it seems like he knew everybody and he would introduce me to all of the cool people I hang out with today. I miss you Matty. God bless.

There are no words I can say to ease the pain you must feel. Matty is in Gods arms now. Forever he will be in our hearts. Shirly my lifelong childhood friend , i'm sure you are aware of my love for Matty he was one of my kids when I worked on the yard at White Point . Shirley and Mike - I never met your son but I wanted to express my sympathies to you. I too lost my son a little over 2 years ago. I do not know how your son died but my boy died from drugs. I saw the reference to Beacon House and so I thought perhaps you suffered the same loss as we did.
Please know that, even though we have never met, I am here for you if you need a shoulder or an ear. There is nothing like the loss of a child and I truly have walked in your shoes.
