Ray Eric Rapp Jr.

1949 - 2021

July 11, 1949 - October 29, 2021 Ray Eric Rapp, Jr. went home to Jesus at the age of 72. Ray is survived by his daughter Erica, son-in-law Rev. Matthew, granddaughter Sasha, daughter Amanda, brothers Dave and Gary and their spouses, 3 nephews, and 2 nieces. He is preceded in death by his parents and nephew. Ray served in the Air Force, and then worked as a custodian, expediter, and Real Estate Agent. He retired in 2009, and spent the rest of his life as Papa Ray. He served on the board of his church and on the Senior Advisory Committee in the City of Lawndale. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for November 13, 2021, at 12:00PM at his church, Lawndale Wesleyan, with a reception to follow. Ray's son-in-law will officiate, and all are welcome to attend and celebrate Ray's life. Flowers, or a donation in Ray's name if you prefer, can be sent to the church.
