Married to Charles Rossi November 25, 1961.
Graduated from St. Stephens High School in Port Huron, Michigan.
Owner of Rizzo's Pizzeria in Torrance and Lomita, California.
Memorial Services will be held at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at St. Lawrence Martyr Church at 1900 S. Prospect Ave., Redondo Beach, CA 90277.

Sherrie lived a life filled with purpose, love, and intention. She continuously found ways to add to other's lives, give back to her community, and provide for her family and friends. Her life crossed more paths than most as she started out in the medical field in Michigan, and made her way to restaurant owner in California. Making pit stops in Denver, Colorado, Palm Springs, California, and Las Vegas, Nevada, Sherrie helped to open handfuls of restaurants to help provide for her family. Surviving her is her husband, Charles Rossi, her four children, Charles, Thomas, Andria, and Annette Rossi, and her five grandchildren, Nicholas and Kelsey King, and Charles, Evan, and Cole Rossi. She also leaves behind a Torrance and Lomita legacy, Rizzo's Pizzeria, an institution that has meant more to its community than just a slice. Starting the restaurant was just a plan to keep an eye on her children, and today, is a home for hundreds of people. We know that she would want to personally thank each employee and customer that has helped to build such a meaningful empire, and who has contributed to the success of her family. We remember her through her passion, her perseverance, her kindness, and her food.
