Alfonso Sanchez Manriquez passed away on October 31, 2025, in Mexico, at the age of 79.
Alfonso shared 25 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Nancy. Together, they built a family that brought him great pride and joy. He leaves behind three children: son Gumaro "Gooch" Sanchez wife Daniela Sanchez, daughter Dora Sanchez-Torres husband Jarrod Torres, and son Anthony "Pimp" Sanchez. Alfonso was also blessed with many grandchildren and grandogs who enriched his life with love and laughter.
A devoted fan of the Chicago Cubs, Alfonso followed his team with unwavering loyalty. He also had a deep appreciation for boxing, a sport he admired throughout his life.
May his memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved him.
