I am still in shock of Dave´s passing. My heartfelt prayers go out to Pam and the entire family. I know the world will never be the same without him; I feel blessed and honored that I got to know Dave and his family through the years. I hope for peace for him.... and for Pam, whom I am sure is heartbroken.

I don't know that words can express the void that has been left in the lives of all whom you have touched, whether professionally or personally, your love, faith and compassion was prevalent in all interactions! Your love of Christ's teachings resounds loudly through the beautiful family you created! May the Lord wrap them in his cloak, provide them with the calm & peace as they continue their journey to eternal life. May the Lord bless them, keep them, may his spirit lie upon them, bringing them Peace! Much love The Diercks Family!

To Pam and family....my deepest sympathies. I know these times are hard....Dave sat close to me in many HS classes...(Meyer, Milleman). Initially he scared me with his big size and deep voice but became a good friend and was really a very smart guy...he could write poetry for Ms Akin where I only knew "Roses are red..."..And Dave and Pam often gave me rides back to Spencer from Iowa State...never forget his kindness and fun conversation. So sorry and God bless all!>
