Joseph Kristan Topping, 66, Davenport, Iowa, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2025. No services are planned at this time. Memorials may be made to the family.

Joseph was born on April 5, 1959, to Frank Eldon and Glenda Pauline (Flowers) Koenig in Moline, Illinois. He grew up in Rock Island, graduating from Rocky in the class of 1977. He then attended Western Illinois University before starting his career with the post office. Joe worked as a mail handler for 30 years until his retirement.

In 2008, he was united in marriage to Kimberly Johnson.

Joe was an avid and accomplished bowler. He also enjoyed golfing. Joe was an animal lover who adored his three cats. His pride and joy was his son, Jesse.

He will be greatly missed by his wife, Kimberly; son, Jesse Topping; mother, Pauline Koenig; brother, Frank Topping; and his beloved cats, Pedro, Cinder and Oscar;
