Joseph A. VanIseghem

Orion - Joseph A. VanIseghem, 60, of Orion, passed away, Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at his home.
Cremation rites will be accorded. Public visitation will be from 4-7pm, Tuesday, May 4, 2021, at Esterdahl Mortuary Orion. Memorials may be made to the family. In accordance with restrictions, attendees are expected to wear a face mask and observe social distancing.
Joe was born on December 7, 1960, in Rock Island, the son of George F. and Donis M. (Hughes) VanIseghem. He married Amy Rhoades on May 14, 1988, at Edgington Presbyterian. He was an electrician for IBEW 145. Joe was a member of IL City Fur Fin and Feather Conservation Club.
Joe will be remembered for his love of his family and compassion for others. He was known for his sense of humor, "not being a talker", and his love of Reese's (eggs).
Survivors include his children, Jesse VanIseghem, fiancé, Mary DePauw, Orion, Sara VanIseghem, Orion, Thomas VanIseghem, fiancé, Aimee Manfredo, Broomfield, CO, Justin (Cheyenne) VanIseghem, Warner Robins, GA; granddaughter, Loretta Steiniger; siblings, Karen (David) Thode, Bettendorf; Robert VanIseghem, Taylor Ridge; Richard VanIseghem, Taylor Ridge.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

Very sorry to learn of Joe's passing. We worked together for a number of years, he was a good electrician and a good man. Rest in Peace, Joe.
