February 28, 1957 - November 8, 2024

Keith Orendorff, Mabank, TX, died surrounded by family at UT Southwestern Hospital, Dallas, TX, on November 8, 2024, after an extended illness. Keith was born February 28, 1957, to Wayne and Mary Orendorff in Moline, IL. Keith graduated from Moline High School and moved to Arlington, TX in 1982. Keith owned and operated several businesses and spent the last 10 years of his career as a roofing supervisor. Keith was an avid fisherman and loved fishing at Lake Fork, TX, and Cedar Creek Reservoir in Mabank, TX. Keith was buried at Lake Fork, TX, and there will be a celebration of life at a later date. Keith's kindness was appreciated by many and he will be truly missed. In death, Keith has made his siblings realize they have more in common than not and the family bond of growing up can never be broken. A special thanks to Nikki Harris, Derek Orendorff, and Stevie Orendorff Jr for walking with Keith through this difficult journey. Also, thanks to brothers Steve and Mike for being there for Keith when he needed them. Survivors include sisters Diana (Craig) Glasson, Buckeye AZ, Virginia Stegall, Bettendorf, IA, brothers Steve (Marcia) Orendorff, Geneseo, IL, Mike Orendorff, Arlington, TX, Wayne (Ann) Orendorff, Moline, IL, Jay (Rebecca) Orendorff, Marina, CA, Larry Orendorff, Davenport, IA, several nieces and nephews and his beautiful dog, Lex, Mabank TX. Keith was preceded in death by his parents Wayne and Mary Orendorff and sister Betty Ann Orendorff.
