Lawrence L. Vallejo, 88, of Silvis, passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf, Iowa. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, November 8, 2024, at the Van Hoe Funeral Home, where a rosary will be recited at 3 p.m.. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, November 9, 2024, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Silvis. Further arrangements are pending.

Today, my heart is broken, as ilost a good friend. His heart was big with love and compassion. When Kristin and I had our fire, Larry and Nonnie would come over and help us, Clark and the other guys trear out. When you became Larry's friend, you became family. Thank you Larry for your friendship and love. I will miss our talks and your hugs.
