ROCK ISLAND-Noelle K. Boysen-Ledbetter, 55, of Rock Island, Illinois, died Sunday, January 23, 2022, at Genesis Medical Center East, Davenport, Iowa.
A gathering to celebrate Noelle's life will be held Saturday, February 12, at First Christian Church East Moline, 3501 7th Street. The celebration will begin with an open house visitation/luncheon from Noon until 2:00 p.m., and will conclude with a memorial service at 2:30 p.m. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities, with private burial at Moline Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to First Christian Church East Moline, Helmets of Hope, or Quad City Animal Welfare Center
The former Noelle Katherine Boysen was born November 3, 1966, in Rock Island, the daughter of Raymond and Barbara (Messenger) Boysen. She married James Ledbetter on September 1, 1996, in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
She enjoyed fitness, swimming, family, and her animals. In her free time you could find her volunteering for 4-H clubs and her church.
Noelle is survived by her beloved husband, James; two daughters, Shelby (fiancé Karma) Boysen-Ledbetter of Geneseo, Illinois, and Ashlie Boysen-Ledbetter of Rock Island; two step-sons, Philip (Jamie) Ledbetter of Taylor Ridge, Illinois, and Benjamin (Shaey) Ledbetter of Colona, Illinois; a grandson, Bennett Ledbetter; and siblings, Raymond "Tommy" Boysen, Jr., Kimberly Steele, and Johnathon Boysen; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and others.

Sorry to hear about Noelle. She and my daughter Lynda were such good friends growing up. May Noelle rest in Peace and may you rejoice in the happy memories of her.
