Spencer "Scott" Frazelle, 81, of Silvis passed away Sunday, May 4, 2025 at his home.
Funeral services will be 12 p.m. Friday, May 9, 2025 at Schroder Mortuary in Silvis with visitation from 10 a.m., until service time. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Gardens in East Moline.
Scott was born June 26, 1943 in Moline, IL the son of Hubert D. and Florence N. Randolf Frazelle. He married Patricia Longnecker December 21, 1963 in East Moline. She passed away February 27, 2024. Scott proudly served in the US Army as a Sergeant E5. He served on the Board of Directors at Deere Harvester Credit Union. He worked at John Deere Harvester as a tool and die maker for 31 years, retiring in 2004. He also was the owner of Family Center Dairy Mart and remodeled many houses in East Moline.
Survivors include his children Rick Frazelle and Valerie (Robert) Green; grandchildren Ashley (Jevon) Phillips, Cody (Molly) Stephens, Jocelyn (Michael) Saxton, Braden and Rylie Frazelle, Caiden, Brooklyn, and Bristol Green, Nicole (Logan) Hume, Amanda (Connor) Green, and Adreanna and Ashley Green; great grandchildren Holden, Daisy, Grace, Liliana, Elena, Trevor, Maurissa, and Liam; siblings Bonnie (Bob) Adams and Marcia Harris; brothers in law Jim (Connie) Longnecker, Mearle (Sheryl) Longnecker, Tom Harper, Mark (Kari) Longnecker and sister on law Clara (Jerry) Miller.
Scott was preceded in death by his parents, wife, brothers Hubert Deane Frazelle III and Robert Frazelle, brothers in law Judd Harris and Larry Longnecker, and sisters-in-law Mary Harper and Linda Longnecker.
