Rita was such a beautiful and good neighbor to my mom Mabel Chavez and our family. Rita would always bring over to my mom something good to eat. I would make a yearly visit to Tucumcari from Nevada and as soon as Rita had a minute or two, she would always make the time to come over and visit with something good to eat in hand. A beautiful kind soul. Now Rita and my mom can catch up on what all has been happening on 7th street! Rita R.I.P. May your family find peace and strength in knowing how much you loved life and people.
