Rita was such a beautiful and good neighbor to my mom Mabel Chavez and our family. Rita would always bring over to my mom something good to eat. I would make a yearly visit to Tucumcari from Nevada and as soon as Rita had a minute or two, she would always make the time to come over and visit with something good to eat in hand.
