HOUSTON, TX - Jeffrey Robert Williams, 61, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2024 in Houston, Texas. A Celebration of Life Service will be held, Sunday, November 10, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Jasper County Cowboy Church, Jasper, Texas. Family will greet friends at 1:00 p.m. until service at the Church.
Jeffrey was born on October 22, 1962 in Moline, Illinois to James and Mary Ann Williams. Jeffery was proud to serve his country as a Jet Mechanic in the Marine Corps. After serving his country, Jeff spent many years in Davenport, Iowa, working as a Design Engineer at Sears Seating. Always adapting, he in later years became CDL certified; from mixer trucks to flatbed steel and finally chip trucks. He loved adventure and his favorite hobbies were flying helicopters, racing, driving his jeep, and snow skiing. He was a resident of Jasper for four years.
He is survived by his wife Chana Wood of Jasper; daughter Samantha Nicole Williams of Alabama; brothers: Scott (Elizabeth) Williams of Illinois, Eric (Christina) Williams of Florida, Sean (Katie) Williams of Iowa, and sister Tammy (Michael) VanHoe of Illinois.
