Loren Burnett Obituary
Loren was in education and coaching. He then turned to the business world, working as a Crop Hail Manager for Hartford Insurance/Pro Ag. He was an Oklahoma Sooner's football fan and was always up to watch a Cubs game.
His heart was in nature and the woods. He shot countless deer, and the squirrels didn't have a chance. He loved his fishing companions and their annual trips to Canada. He was so proud of his family and loved spending time with them.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday September 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Cranston Family Funeral Home in Fairfield with Pastor Josh Henska officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial of cremains will immediately follow the service in Eldon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Red's honor Cardinal High School Athletics may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family C/O Cranston Family Funeral Home P.O. Box 189, Fairfield, IA 52556. Friends may leave online condolences at www.cranstonfamilyfuneralhome.com.
