MOLINE-Lulu Rose Roe, 95, of Moline, formerly of Blue Grass, passed away on Friday, March 10, 2023, at the River Crossing, Moline. Lula Rose Walker was born on December 8, 1927, in Davenport, the daughter of Charles and Hulda (Spalding) Walker. She married James Roe on April 30, 1952, in Buffalo, IA. He preceded her in death on January 15, 2010.
Lulu was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, she enjoyed needle work and sewing.
Survivors include her son, Robert (Carol) Roe of Long Grove, IA, grandchildren, Justin Roe of Blue Grass, Joshua Roe of Long Grove, great-grandchildren, Andrew Roe of Long Grove, and Trenton Roe of Long Grove.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Frank, sister, Alice Mae Stenger, brothers, Charles Walker, Johnnie Walker and Dwight in infancy.
There are no services scheduled at this time. Inurnment will take place in Blue Grass Cemetery, Blue Grass, IA at a later date.
