She was an eucharistic minister, usher, altar server, CCD teacher, assisted with the Salvation Army Meal, visiting the homebound, playing the piano, and enjoyed listening to the choir. She was a master gardener and a member of Women in Construction and the Iowa Association of Railroad Passengers.

Those left to honor her memory include her aunt, Margie Buczek of Noblesville, IN; many cousins; and members of her church families.

I knew Mary as a Scott County Extension Master Gardener; she volunteered on different projects and was always interested in how the gardens were doing. She was a very kind person.
