DAVENPORT-Patricia Ann Cooper St. John, 84, of Davenport, IA passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2022. Visitation will be held between 4:00-7:00 P.M. on Sunday, March 6, 2022 at the Runge Mortuary. Patricia Ann Fock was born January 4, 1938 in Davenport, IA, the daughter of William and Dorothy (Huller) Fock. She was united in marriage to Merle Cooper. They were married 32 years and had two daughters, Sandra and Kimbra. She later married James St. John in 1992. Pat attended Davenport High School. She was employed for 25 years as secretary of the Scott County Conservation Board.

Pat was very active in the Davenport Police Wives Auxiliary as well as the Iowa State Police Association Women's Auxiliary serving as a two term President. She made many lifelong friends from her many travels throughout the state. She was a pervious member of the Daughters of the Nile. Pat loved spending time with her high school classmates as well as Scott County retirees for weekly breakfasts. She enjoyed walking, participating and volunteering at many Bix 7 races, feeding the birds, working in the yard with her many plants and sitting in the sun.

Pat adored her five grandsons and rarely missed any of their many sporting events, 4-H events, and music events. She was very proud of being known as "Grandma Kodak" and the "50/50 raffle lady". She was SO proud of their accomplishments and the young men they became and so happy to have five "bonus" granddaughters.

Pat is survived by her husband, Jim; her daughters, Sandra Cooper Flenker (Alan Hering) and Kimbra Cooper (Jeff) Jager, all of Davenport; grandsons: Nick (Melissa) Flenker, Nate (Angie) Flenker, Grant (Haley) Flenker, Kyle (Jenna) Jager and Brady (Mallory) Jager; great grandchildren: Brooklynn, Bryce, Brock, Charlotte, Adeline and Pearl Flenker, Avery, Harper, Parker and Riley Jager; two nieces and two nephews, and many cousins; and her lifelong best friend, Marty Huntington; and her beloved dog, Penny.

She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Peggy Cornwell.

Memorials can be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children. She was never too proud to take the tab right off your aluminum can to help out the Shriners.
