Phyllis Wiegand Obituary

Phyllis G. Wiegand

November 23, 1944-March 9, 2023

On 9 March 2023 Phyllis G. Wiegand passed away peacefully in the presence of loved ones.

She left this world to join those who preceded her in death, her parents, Meriel and Gertrude Hanson; her husband, Darrell D. Wiegand Sr.; and her sister, Sylvia Oien.

She is survived by her sister, Donna Aselson; brother, Hilmen and sister in law Alta Hanson; sister, LaRane Krueger; and sister, Genene Pechacek. She is also survived by her daughter, Kim and son in law, Yasdan Irani; son, Darrell and daughter in law, Minga Wiegand; daughter, Laurie and son in law, Steve Howard; son, Brad Wiegand; and son, Todd and Ricci Hanson.

Phyllis lived her life giving love to those around her and she was loved by all in return. She had a minute sense of sarcasm that drew people into her world in a comedic way. She taught her children and family members great morals in an undetectable way that was welcoming. She loved spending time with family, cooking for others and being out in nature. She lived a beautiful life and she will be lovingly missed and remembered by all. Safe travels mom.

Laurie and family, I was so sorry to learn of your Mother's passing. I know you will miss her beyond words. What a beautiful lady. And it appears she was a beautiful inside as she was outside. Prayers for all of you for comfort and peace. Love, Aunt Kathy
