Rosa Lee Mandrell

December 13, 1932 - August 27, 2025

Rosa Lee Mandrell, lovingly known as "Rosie," was born on December 13, 1932, in Nettie, W.Va. passed away on August 27, 2025 at her home in Indiana.

Rosa is survived by her four children, Brenda (Chad) Mosbaugh, Robert (Vickie) Moore, Kemberly (Matt) McDowell, and Vicki (Steve) Cutforth; sister, Betty Coopman; brother, Denny Strader; grandkids, Peyton (Chris) Dieter, Dave (Stacey) Moore, and Colton Cutforth; and great-grandkids, Ryan Moore and Elouise Dieter. Rosa was preceded in death by her parents, Jiles and Mary Strader, brothers, Jesse and Denver Strader, and sister, Sue Bruce.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 10 to 11 a.m. CDT at Christ Church of Quad Cities, 403 3rd St., Colona, IL 61241. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. in the same location, with Pastor Russell Frye officiating. Burial will take place at Greenview Memorial Gardens, 1201 Avenue of the Cities, East Moline, IL 61244.
