I knew Scott when I was doing business with the Boy Scouts back around 1990. He was always the best guy to know and to work with! Sorry to the family for your loss.

My heartfelt sympathy to all the members of Scott´s family and particularly to his son. Your dad was a good, kind, hardworking public servant. He appeared almost daily in my Henry County Courtroom representing those who could not speak for themselves as a Public Defender. He was overworked as most Public Defenders are, but he was always prepared and on time despite his failing health the last few years that he practiced. We spoke often of our families and he expressed great pride in his son´s music accomplishments. His compassion for the law and the idea that every person, no matter how downtrodden or what they were accused of has a right to be vigorously and fairly represented and is presumed innocent. Scott lived that Lawyers Creed and did it well. He was a friend and a fine man.
