August of 1954 - December 2, 2023
Suellyn Marie Flatman, 69, of Toulon, passed away Saturday, December 2, 2023, at her home.
Sue was born in August of 1954, in Maquoketa, IA, to Leroy and Rosemary Hepker. She married John Flatman, in March of 1976. He preceded her in death in October of 2018. She was also preceded in death by her parents and brother, Paul Hepker.
Sue was a faithful woman and loved spending time in the sunshine, playing dominoes with her family, and talking about Jesus to her children and grandchildren. She was a friend to everyone she met and could always put a smile on your face.
She is survived by three daughters: Jammie (David) Johnson, Rebecca (Tom) Vogel, and Tiffany (Mike) Furan; eight grandchildren: Jesse, Jamie, Katherine, Daniel, Thomas, Kody, Brianna, and Alexandria; two great-grandchildren: Maddie and Ryker; and six siblings: Robert Hepker, Donald (Cecilia) Hepker, Donna (Kathy) Hepker, Brenda (Bill) Roberts, Dean (Ernando) Hepker-Ling, and David Hepker.
There will be no public services at this time. Haskell Funeral & Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences for Suellyn's family may be left on her tribute wall at www.haskellfuneral.com.
