I send my sincere condolences to Mary Ann and the Romano family on Tom´s passing. He was a unique person who was always ready to lend a hand for those in need.
We spent many years at the probation department both at work and play. Those memories will stay with me and forever put a smile on my face. Goodbye good friend.

I worked with Tom for many years at the Cook County Adult Probation Dept. His calm measured demeanor always was a source of stability for me at a job that could be chaotic more times than not. A great human he was.
