Jim & Family, my condolences to you on the loss of Val! Jim & Val owned a building (a 6-plex) where I was lucky enough to live for a few years as one of their tenants. Val was a great lady and I'm happy/lucky to have known her.

Val was the model of how an office manager should be. She befriended all the staff and supported them in all ways; she was the same with those that walked in the door for services. Like a good mom, she did not hesitate to leave us notes to clean up after our own messes too. We loved her.
