Services will be at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 30, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home.
Burial will be in the Black Hills National Cemetery.

Cindy was such a beautiful spirit. She showed the people around her everyday what it feels like to be truly loved. While my heart has an empty place for Cindy, I have so many spaces that she filled in. I will be forever grateful for the opportunity I had, to work beside Cindy and for our friendship. My prayers for her family
