Rick Glammeier Obituary
SIOUX FALLS | Rick E. Glammeier, 61, passed away Monday, Oct. 22, 2012, at home with family.
Rick E. Glammeier was born Oct. 22, 1951, to Ray Glammeier Sr. and Gretchen Glammeier in Sioux Falls.
On April 26, 1975, he married the love of his life, Ronda L. Glammeier (Fueston). He worked for C & R Supply in Sioux Falls before moving to Rapid City in 1991. While in Rapid City, Rick worked for SoDak Gaming before moving on and spending more time with the people he loved and was very close to him. Rick moved back home to Sioux Falls in 2009 with family.
Rick enjoyed riding the Harley, hunting, fishing, and gold panning. Rick loved spending his time with his grandchildren, and taught us all the importance of family and life values.
Survivors include his loving wife, Ronda L. Glammeier; his son, Travis C. Glammeier (Gwyn) of Rapid City; his daughter, Stacy A. Patridge (Tad) of Sioux Falls; his mother, Gretchen Glammeier of Sioux Falls; eight grandchildren; five siblings, Mark Glammeier, Deb Schmidt (Larry), Ray Glammeler Jr. (Karen), Lance Glammeier (Terri), and Jay Glammeler (Kim), all of Sioux Falls; and many other great people he has touched in all of our lives.
Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. CDT Friday, Oct. 26, at Celebrate Community Church.

Ronda: I read of Ricks passing and was filled with sadness as I remember this warm and wonderful person even though I haven't seen either of you for years. I'm sorry I can't attend the services as I no longer live in Sioux Falls but I wish you my heat felt sympathies and the very best in the days ahead.
