She is preceded in death by her parents Royal and Ruth (nee Ellis) Belshe of Hamilton Mt. Her brothers Royal E Belshe and Gareth L Belshe. Her Husband Gary Dale Cook. Nephew Scott Belshe.
She survived by her children Michael Cook of Sacramento CA and Deborah Tennis (nee Cook) of Cambridge MN, Five grandchildren and Five Great Grandchildren. Three Nephews; Alan Belshe, his brother Stewart Belshe, Royal's sons. Dale Belshe, Gareth Belshe's son.
She was a 1957 graduate of Cushing Highschool, Cushing OK and Married Gary Cook on December 28 1957 in Cushing OK.
